Miriam Sterk, LCSW C-ASWCM is an Arizona and New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Advanced Social Work Case Manager with over 40 years of professional experience as a therapist, administrator and educator in the field of Behavioral Health & Counseling, including the public, private and managed care sectors. Miriam Sterk’s serves as an expert witness in Mental Health Legal cases and a Health Care Advocate for children, Adolescents, Adults and Seniors.

Miriam Sterk is certified as a Master Hypnotist, Hypno-anaesthesiologist, Certified Crisis Debriefing.

Sam Sterk, Ph.D. is registered as a Sport Psychology Consultant to athletes at the US Olympic Training Center, and is a member of the American Association of Applied Sport Psychology and a Certified Master Hypnotherapist. With over 35 years of professional experience in the field of Behavioral Health, Dr. Sam Sterk is a Master Hypnotist offering the highest level of skills to his clients. Dr. Sterk has published numerous articles as well as copyrighted and trademarked assessment tools and intervention tools which he utilizes to help everyday amateurs as well as professional athletes, to improve their sport performance. Typically, this involves enhancing and maintaining concentration, converting negative thoughts into positive ones, mental and visual rehearsals, and the building of self confidence in sport performance.

Dr. Sterk has taught Psychology and Sport Psychology at the University level, lectured nationally for professional organizations and offers training to professionals in Sport Hypnosis through the Peak Performance Plus Sport Hypnosis Certification Program.

Dr. Sterk is a member of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce.
