Chronic Illness Caregiver Support Group

• Beginning Wednesday 1/30/08 9:30am and 11:00am
• North Scottsdale Location 5 Session Group Program
• $20.00 per person per session

Traumatic Brain Injury Caregiver Support Group

• 5 Session Group Program
• Beginning Tuesday 1/29/08 7:00pm
• North Scottsdale Location 5 Session Group Program
• $20.00 per person per session

Program Format

• The Impact of the Illness/Injury on the Caregiver’s life
• Information and Referral to Resources to support the Caregiver:overcoming insurance obstacles and obtaining Case Management Services
• Helping the Caregiver to take care of him/herself
• Coping Skill Training to manage the mixed emotions of a caregiver
• Am I entitled to a life also? Who is there for me?
